Warranty & Return Policy

The PartsPal is pleased to offer warranty on its products. The PartsPal warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as they remain installed on the vehicle for which they were originally purchased. The minimum warranty period is 12 months from the date of invoice to the original purchaser. The warranty covers any parts furnished by The PartsPal but does not include labor of any kind and materials not furnished by The PartsPal or any charges for any such labor or materials.

All unused, unopened, and uninstalled products can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. All return products must be in original package and in saleable condition. All components in the original package must be included in authorized returns.

This warranty is non-transferable and will be voided under any of the following conditions:

    1. Improper installation or repair.
    2. Modification or alteration of any kind.
    3. Removal of any stamp, label, or manufacturer’s identification.
    4. Accidents, collisions, fire, theft, or vandalism.
    5. The product has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or operating conditions other than those for which such equipment was designed.
    6. Physical or chemical effects of any corrosive substances in the operating environment or the equipment.
    7. Failure due to natural environment forces, including external or internal erosion, salt-air corrosion, and electrolysis from internal cooling system fluids.

The PartsPal shall not be responsible for engine damage due to operator negligence. Claims for internal engine damage due to overheating will be denied. All vehicles and stationary equipment have warning lights and gauges to warn an operator of overheating conditions long before internal engine damage would occur.

The PartsPal shall not be liable for misrepresentation made by third party regarding warranty application and/or coverage, nor does The PartsPal authorize anyone to substitute itself in lieu of The PartsPal for representation toward The PartsPal customers. Only The PartsPal can authorize and approve warranty claim and its process according to The PartsPal policies and procedures.

This warranty applies only to those products which have been installed in accordance with accepted industry standards by a recognized service dealer and certified technician. Subsequent repair or replacement claims must receive advance approval from The PartsPal prior to commencement of work. Cost of removal, installation, and incidental or consequential damage are expressly excluded. All parts submitted for warranty must accompany the original receipt and be returned freight prepaid by the purchaser. The customer assumes all risks and cost of defective product when en route to the participating facility.
